Most of the views in Businesses on the dashboard are based on their “Relationship” property. The only exception is the “Archived” view which is based on the businesses Status.
All of the views have the same format except for exceptions noted below. To understand what one of the columns are about, see Properties in Businesses
This has the “Relationships” property available at the far right so that it can be set for businesses listed in this view that done have one. “Other” is an option in there which keeps the business in this view. Otherwise it will jump to the view you chose.
Is for all of your businesses. It has columns/properties to help.
Use the “Status” property in this view to remove a business from being archived.
Note that when a business is archived, all of the tasks in projects for it are hidden from to-do lists, and all of the messages about those tasks are also hidden from “Active messages” and the “In box”.
